Returns & Exchanges

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

All standard stock items (not customized) are returnable for refund within 30 days of purchase. Items MUST be in "re-sellable" condition. Please contact us here for a return authorization with your sales order number. Items will need to be returned to us at the cost of the customer.

Please note: Any custom fabrications, including but not limited to, logos, specialty cuts, specialty gluing, etc. are not returnable. 

A 25% restocking fee may apply.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

When you receive your order from the mail carrier we ask you to look at these guidelines:

IS THE BOX OR PACKAGE DAMAGED?

  • Please contact the mail carrier customer service right away and file a damage claim. You have 24 hours to report damages and/or discrepancies. After 24 hours you will not receive a refund, replacement or exchange.

 

IS YOUR ITEM DAMAGED FROM SHIPMENT?

  • Please contact the mail carrier customer service within 24 hours of delivery and file a damage claim.

 

IS YOUR ITEM NOT WORKING CORRECTLY OR MALFUNCTIONING?

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If you wait longer than 24 hours we CANNOT refund, exchange or replace. We have a restocking fee of 25% on any returned item. Custom Items / Printing are NON-RETURNABLE.
