30 DAY RETURN POLICY

All standard stock items (not customized) are returnable for refund within 30 days of purchase. Items MUST be in "re-sellable" condition. Please contact us here for a return authorization with your sales order number. Items will need to be returned to us at the cost of the customer.

Please note: Any custom fabrications, including but not limited to, logos, specialty cuts, specialty gluing, etc. are not returnable.

A 25% restocking fee may apply.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

When you receive your order from the mail carrier we ask you to look at these guidelines:

IS THE BOX OR PACKAGE DAMAGED?

Please contact the mail carrier customer service right away and file a damage claim. You have 24 hours to report damages and/or discrepancies. After 24 hours you will not receive a refund, replacement or exchange.
IS YOUR ITEM DAMAGED FROM SHIPMENT?

Please contact the mail carrier customer service within 24 hours of delivery and file a damage claim.
IS YOUR ITEM NOT WORKING CORRECTLY OR MALFUNCTIONING?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If you wait longer than 24 hours we CANNOT refund, exchange or replace. We have a restocking fee of 25% on any returned item. Custom Items / Printing are NON-RETURNABLE.
